I am totally stumped on this one, my problem is I am not sure what it is I am looking at .... must get new glasses

Questions:
1) is that an indicator and a door handle next to each other ?
2) is this an old car or a modern car ?
3) is this a car ?
4) is it a concept car ?
5) is the picture of the side of a car (ie a wing)

You can see I have no idea on this one !!!!!

I think that is a filler of some type and a side repeater indicator

No idea what car it is though!!!
