This really is a great bit of kit.

I may look like a complete loon whilst using it, but after just 5 days, I can almost touch my toes when I bend forward. That is something I haven't been able to do for many years

It's a lot cheaper than gym membership and taking yoga classes, and all in the comfort of your own front room.

Another fantastic excuse to buy a Wii

I thought girls should be better with a hula hoop than boys. It was always a very popular past time for the girls at our school

I got 300 with 4 hoops, and a very tired body afterwards
