BT Together Option 1 - Warning

Picked this little snippet up from the latest Which? magazine:

Up till now BT Together Option 1 has allowed evening calls to be charged at a fixed 5p.

With the recent pricing changes BT Option 1 now charges 1.5p per minute in the evenings !

And the new name for OPtion 1 is now "Unlimited Weekend Plan"

Thanks Kremm, i'm on option 1, but only for the line rental, all my calls go through a company in Portugal, mucho cheapness for calls into Africa and North America, even mobiles.

It's swings and roundabouts here as the Option 2 (weekends and evenings plan) costs an additional £2.70 a month, which is just about how much she spends gassing in the evenings, according to the last bill.

Ploy - get option 2 and knowing it's free she may spend more time on the dog and leave me alone in the evenings
