I have a sense of humour but it is not down in the gutter. I am starting to give up reading threads on this forum as they all seem to go the same way these days still I guess there will always be some people who dont mind complete strangers getting off on their crude comments.

Oh dear, I seem to have ruffled a few feathers.

Having reread the postings, they do seem to be in poor taste, especially to members of the fairer sex and I have been duely castigated.

Apologies to all

I like a man who apologises..... It's easy to get carried away sometimes though.

Welcome to the forum, bronze.

Bronze, credit to you in my book mate, it takes a man to jokes like those (I make jokes and like a bit of innuendo as much as the next testoterone charge bloke), but it takes a bigger man to apologise, good on ya'.

In response to Mister Tee's original post, he complained about the parking of the Celica, but have any of you looked at the parking of the 'Beamer' behind in pic no.2, 4 of those other cars can't get theirs out, cos the Beamer driver and the blue moron driver haven't parked in an allocated space, but instead blocked others in.

In response to Bronze's crude comments - everyone needs to remember that there are both male and female Civic owners on this site - and because we all love our cars - we take great care when parking them, usually miles from anyone else. I do this too! And no, it's not because I can't park - but like my car and its doors to stay in one piece and the same as when I left the car. Blokes also need reminding that not ALL women drivers can't drive - some are better than most men.

Welcome Bronze to Civinfo and thank you for apologizing - we do appreciate it. And as I teach the kids at school, saying sorry goes a long way!

In keeping with the spirit of the last part of this thread i would like to apologise to Bronze for leading him on . My question "Whats the most important skill" was rhetorical and i really did not expect an answer.

I was posting with the intention of defending women drivers but couldn't be bothered in the end so resorted to a glib comment as a bit of fun

I'm not really offended by comments about womens driving (good or bad) as it is generally just a wind up . It is isn't it? But i like a bit of banter and feel honour bound to stick up for the female minority on the forum. Its all part of the fun.

Anyway good on ya Bronze from a woman driver who appreciates the importance of good parking

Can I re-hijack my original post??? This was meant as a light hearted chuckle at some poor parking in my works car park. I've got some more now, which I've been collecting. I actually saw her parking one day and she parking correctly in the bay...and then reversed a few feet so that she was out of it.

Anyway, have a look and be thankful you don't have to share car park with her.

I'm gonna bring this thread back form the dead with a nice picture of someone else with a Civic at work. Notice the nice parking space that she could have put the car in!

Whats better is that she commented that people should park a bit closer to each other so that everybody's car would fit in the car park!
