Right then. Set the Sat Nav for Hospital Street, Nantwich and look for a young "lady" in either PJ's or nurse uniform, singing nursery rhymes whilst skipping with a whip in hand.
Hope does not take too long or that opened Tango could be going a little flat. |

Just going to wipe the rear screen and then off. No hanging about outside the shops now you will give the town a bad name.

Me thinks you did not show. I have been "stood up" so to speak. I want my money back and a good cry. If Jim could fix it I would try him. I am CHEESED (Nantwich show!) off big time. The Tango- thrown away- will I ever get over it? Last edited by SUPERTEACH; 25th October 2006 at 17:32. Reason: To warn others about Nantwich meets |

I agree. But I'll explain briefly.
Last Saturday, the son-in law (on his own) was trying to remove a joist from the roof space above the kitchen. He was on the ladder - joist slipped, knocking ladder away. He fell down onto the ladder -- his full weight onto his left leg, which crumpled under him. He's had a scan. He's shattered the bone below the knee -- pieces of bone into his kneecap. Having op. tomorrow afternoon. Consultant said he'll need a new knee-cap later. We'll know the full damage and prognosis tomorrow. He'll be off work for three months, no weight on leg for two months. So in the meantime, I've been scribbling messages to post on Civinfo, and it's possible one or two were duplicated. Sorry about that. Have we had Christmas yet ??. Normal service should get back to normal soon. Richie -- the wife will confirm I lost it years ago So a warning to all you do-it yourselfers. BE CAREFUL. |
