IE smilies X; Mozilla smilies OK ?

If I am in CiVinfo on Internet Explorer my 'Smilies' won't work. I've tried holding down the 'Control' key but no luck. Clicked on 'allow pop-ups' but still no luck.

If I am on Mozilla Firefox then they work fine.

Anyone got any ideas?

No Smilies as I'm on IE, but I will now go onto Mozilla and edit.......

EDIT: Now on Mozilla and they work fine.

PS: Mozilla does seem faster as well and I've just updated their latest more 'secure version'.

Firefox is much better. Faster and more secure than IE.

Hi Wheelchair.

Yes, it seems better in almost every way except there's no direct link to OE to view your latest email. I have added toolbar tabs to 'Write New Email Message' and 'Send Page Link' but there's no tab to 'Read Mail'.

Mozilla Thunderbird is good as well but you can't edit a message you've received prior to forwarding it. You can only forward it as a complete attachment.

Not major problems but just unnecessary ones that I don't have with IE and OE.

PS: I did advise them of these points when I uninstalled Thunderbird. Al.

PPS:....and the 'Full Screen' toolbar tab is very good when browsing on here....
