Absolutely agree TG is not boring. And yes, they did a great, and surprisingly not too cynical job on the Civic. I just feel that driving £200,000 supercars sideways around airfields is just a little de trop in these rather more enlightened days. (Which is not a plea for non-stop tests of Kias and Protons!)

Ah Kia - their new Cee'd small family hatch due out soon will have a 7 year/100,000 mile warranty!
Makes Hyundai's 5year one look quite stingy - both owned by the same South Korean conglomerate.
They have always had the oddity of having the indicator and wiper stalks the opposite way round - had a Hyundai years ago and the number of time I indicated to turn only to put the wipers on!
Kia must be getting truly European - they are changing the stalks to fall in line with the majority on the Cee'd.

TG for me is 'not to be taken too seriously' pure entertainment - always good for a laugh or two.

Its actually the Europeans that decided the put the stalks on the left. stalks were originally on the right hand side and this applies to nearly all non EU countrys, technically we're in the wrong. It does show their commitment to cracking the Euro market though which is a good sign.

Top Gear for me as it has 'presenters' where 5th Gear has 'people'. I also think entertainment and artistic direction count for something too.

Yeah theres something about her, but she'd be no good as a partner, criticising driving, always wanting to drive etc!

My dad used to have a saying, 'fight fire with fire' although looking back that may be why he was dismissed from the fire brigade.
