Mine is my name (of course!) and the '996' is because my Race Bike is a Ducati 996 'R'......simple really (the idea, not me myself!)

My username took me a whole 5 seconds to think up; it's my initials followed by my year of birth. Patience isn't among my stronger traits, and I was keen to get registered and posting.
That's my excuse for an imagination free username anyway... |

Hi Topcat
My name came from my Surname. My Intials are T.C. too. But of course you got the name first. So next best thing was Charley Farley from the Two Ronnies. As you guessed it my surname is Charles, wont tell you what my first name is. |

I'd like to claim that mine comes from my louche and tawdry ways... but it was, in fact, the letters on my last numberplate.
My current one contains B06 which makes my wife giggle |

My childhood nickname
I got called it ever since I can remember, so has become a part of me really. I get called Zippy sometimes too, but not as often. People just try to do a Zippy impression! No prizes for guessing my real name, then.... Another name I used to use on t'internet was Frank'n'Furter. Purely for the genius of The Rocky Horror Show. I don't tend to use it because people started thinking I was a 6' transvestite in fishnets and high heels |
