Help identify this Childrens TV Theme!

This has bugged me for about a year now... I have this tune in my head, and I am certain it's from kids TV. I'm 28, so we're talking mid 80s to early-mid 90s in terms of timescale.

Here's a very badly whistled version of the tune. If you can solve this one for me, I'd be so appreciative!
