apparently if you get a ticket and you are summoned you send it back saying the person is not found at this adress and usually it is not followed up

I recognised a couple of spots, although never actually seen cameras there, normally going too fast I guess!! 15/19.

16/19, i thought the vans on bridges were vosa numberplate recognition vans for road tax and insurance purposes rather than speeding

Very illegal and could land you in a heap of trouble if you try that.

I have a really effective, 100% fail-safe system I use when driving, which means no matter how well hidden a camera is, it will never flash me. Far more reliable thatn GPS or RADAR detectors. It is called 'not speeding', works perfectly every time

Read in the paper today that the boss of South Yorks Police has had to pay a £500 fine cos one of his unmarked cars was flashed doing 47 in a 40, apparantly they could not idientify the driver, and as he is the senior officer he has to pay... worrying when the police do not know who is driving their cars, anyone smell a cover up??
