And no doubt the reference to trying to plough a field with his head ?

Is the Civic on the cool wall yet ?

It probably is on the cool wall, where exactly I do not know but i remember watching a show when they were discussing cars, one of them was holding a picture of the civic in their hands but it wasnt discussed or shown being put on. Clearly sub-zero though

Yup, they did that. And somebody else noticed later that it was "uncool" on the board.
I think it's just Clarkson though, he obviously hates the car.

Is a cool car 'Hot', or hot car 'Cool'?

Is 'Hot' good or is 'Cool' better?

Trouble with being an old man is that sometimes you can't keep up!

It seems pretty cool out there at the moment tho' it's only 5 degrees celsius.

Hi Charles

If it does more than 10MPG then Clarkson doesn't like

No need for the reminder here - it's been set up on my Sky+ for a week now!!! And on 'Series Link' at that!!!

Quite simply THE best programme on the box.......except for 24 that is!

I actually have a magnetised 'Cool Wall' on my fridge!! It was given away with a copy of TG magazine some time ago now......very cool indeed!

Well what did everyone think? Didn't think much of the resurfacing bit but the photography during the Jag v Aston feature was stunning. And very good to see hamster back! Wont catch me in a jet propelled car, brave man!

The Hamster bit was probably the single best piece of TV I've ever seen.......

Harrowing, exciting, sad and thought provoking all at once. I think the silence in the studio after the 'showing' spoke volumes.........

Welcome back Hamster, and welcome back Top Gear!!!

The roadworks stuff was awful, and the jag wasn't exactly that exciting. Still, with the promise of the hamster crash to come, it was the perfect place to bury all the stuff in the series they wanted out of the way.

When it came to it i wasn't sure if i actually wanted to see it or not, was quite moving. Thankfully they decided not to focus on the aftermath, that would have been tough to watch.

Some of Hamsters comments were worth watching it for.
It's great he can laugh about it now, and perhaps we can expect some decent Car TV once again.

I actually quite enjoyed the road repair bit!

maybe not classic TG stuff, but had me laughing

thought they handled the whole crash thing very well - touch of humour, but recognising the 'what could have been' - and yes, fantastic to see them all back, but hamster in particular
