Raw potato

Please help us resolve a long running household argument. Raw potato - is it the food of Gods or all wrong?

I am a Lincolnshire lass, therefore think raw tatty is the best thing in the kitchen.

(Right Mr P, let this settle it once and for all.)

Have to agree with jane. although some need to come out of cold salty water first.

Raw potatoes = wrong!

Even my missus wouldn't eat them raw and potatoes probably make up 75% of her diet!
