Find your old car!

In another thread, a link to the DVLA website was posted, where you can look up any car registration:
http://www.vehiclelicence.gov.uk/Evl...SKIN=directgov

20 years ago I bought my first new car, a 205 GTi 1.9. I had it for 3 years and did 72,000 miles in it. I loved it - though at the end of it's life it was pretty tired, and fitted with a nitrous oxide kit...:

So I searched on the DVLA site and found it was still registered, albeit in yellow. After some serious Googling, here it is rallying in 2005:

I looked for my other cars, but no luck so far....

That is so cool Pottsy, to find your car is racing.

As for my own cars, that's probably far more boring..

First Car, a Nissan Primera 2.0 Petrol was totalled (with me in it) and I brought it to the scrapyard (It drove there by itself)
Second car is still on the driveway (Next to my Civic )

Pottsy: I looked up my old Pug 205 1.9 GTi - it is shown as unlicensed since 2000. I wonder what that really means? Is it in pieces or what? I hope not, I loved that car...

Gutted: I dreamt a couple of years ago that (presumably having won the lotto) I bought all my previous cars up and created my own museum! I've just looked up a few of my old cars and they all appear to be gone except for one which is a SORN. I saw my old 205 in a pub car park a few years ago & it still looked good. That must have been pretty close to it being scrapped/written off.

Not supprising really for my cars...

D reg metro went to scrap in 2000, it was me who took it there.
H reg Escort seems to have deceased in 2001, I think that went to scrap, too. Me again, it would never have passed it next MOT.
Y reg Clio is still surviving
51 reg Clio seems to not exist!
My old Civic seems to be OK too, it was only an 04 plate...

My dad's old G reg Volvo 740GLE died in 2003, and his OLD D reg Granada was still going in 2001 apparantly.
