Chavved up Smart on Vroom Vroom last night
Did anyone see it? a Smart fortwo cabriolet that this guy had spent £20k upgrading!
absolutely ridiculous looking car - massive alloys (well, 17" he'd done work on the engine too, upping it from 60bhp to 93! not bad for a 0.6l i suppose ![]() I have no idea what posesses people to do this to their cars ![]() |

His name is Alan and I know him (Good bloke).
The car hasnt been finished for about 4years now and every time I see it there is something new fitted that doesnt yet fully work, and the stuff already on there isnt fully working yet. Don't get me wrong, its a top amount of work he's done (the dash screen is amazingly well fitted) but I just wish he would fully get everything working Heres his website..... http://www.t1ny.com/ (If you go into the gallery section my old Roadster in the foreground of one of the pictures) Reason people do this to thier cars? Because they can!!!! :P My old Roadster had a fully hidden 8speaker +1 sub MP3 stereo system, fully uprated brakes, intercooler, intake pipework, huge amount of custom touches to the exterior styling (mostly invisible to the layman), hand trimmed interior (Alcantara colour matched to the standard colour, by me) and was totally remapped with uprated boost and revised fueling to provide well over 100bhp (700cc, 80bhp as standard), why? because I could Ps. Alan also owns a couple of extremely nice original Mini's one of which is not really street legal (such is the level of track orientated modification, single seat, no silencing etc). He is a dam good mechanic and does all the work himself. |
