Not coming to the UK (not that I could afford one). BMW UK dont want to dilute the branding of the 5 with 4wd so a combination of the drivetrain not handling all the power just through the rear and the UK too smaller market for RHD

Dad went to put his deposit down on one yesterday but they said only X5/X6 at the moment then possible 5 series next year Suppose the 535d will have to do alittle longer grrr.

Looks a great all round car MPG/Performance nearlly 2 seconds quicker 0-62 than a type r sounds insane for a Derv lol

Yea but a 1 series is ridiculously expensive for what it is. So even if you do have one it's probably cost you more than makes sense anyway.

As I am not a badge snob I think there are better options out there for the money. I've had a BMW in the past and whilst they are nice cars I wouldn't pay for a 1 series.

At work we have had the pricing for the new A3 which at £15,520 is a lot cheaper than a 1 series so if the 1 series is cheap what would You call a A3 Ey?
