Quiz

I'm trying to do a quiz and have now done 47 of the 50 questions. I am now desperate for the final answers as I have to hand it in Wednesday. By the very nature of the quiz I can't look up the answers on the interweb so I am hoping you can help. To give an example the questions look like this

168 SOASOD

answer:- 168 spots on a set of dominoes.
Remaining questions are,

12 BMS

3 HIATPBB

63 DITBA

Would be very grateful.

...63 DITBA...

63 dots in the Braille Alphabet?

63 dots in the Braille Arrangement?

63 delicatessens in the Big Apple? (unlikely as more could open/close) - (probably more than that, anyway).

Reckon allan40alt is right with 63 dots in the Braille Arrangement ? There are more than 63 dots making up the total alphabet.

I also found this:

Cells.

The characters of the standard braille alphabet are called cells and consist of dots placed on a two-column grid with three positions in each column; there are 63 different cells not counting the space. The positions are normally numbered starting at the top of the left-hand column as shown in Figure 1.

Ps: I prefer my 'delicatessen' answer but only because it's a long word to spell correctly, and I do fancy going into one at the moment!

PS Yahoo gave no useful hits out of 12 potentials

AskJeeves only gave 5 potentials, none of which (surprisingly) helped.

but now I do

searching on '63 dots in the' came up with this

Quote:
The Vasantha Cube is comprised of three square disks mounted on a common vertical spindle. There are raised dots on three edges of each disk (the fourth edge has no dots). With the Cube held with the spindle being vertical, when the disks are rotated, the dots on edges of the three adjacent disks will present any of the 63 dot patterns of the braille code corresponding to the letters of the alphabet of any language, on any of the four faces of the Cube.

looking back the the page image I found, if you exclude the contractions, there are 63 combinations of dots to makes letters and (set) words

So - definately (well maybe) arrangement
