Bet you have some funny stories
You wouldnt believe some of the idiots that we have ringing up, these people should have electric toothbrushes let alone pcs lol

a tale that all the new starters get told is:-

Adviser- can you please close all of your windows.

Cust- ok, hold on

Cust goes away and come back after a while.

Adviser- ok so what do you have on the screen now?

Cust- everything that was there before.

The cust had actually gone around the house and closed all of her windows, she never touched the pc!!!!

Very frustrating at times but has to be done!!

I work for a Housing Association - dealing with the public. It can be really frustrating at times especially Monday morning when the first call of the day starts:-

Me: Good morning, how can I help?'
Tenant: What it is right......... you lot don't care..........I've got kids in this house......I'm going to complain to the local paper... etc etc

Thank God most of the tenants are normal, sane people, trouble is we don't hear much off them. 10% of the tenants cause us 90% of our work!

Is that Unilever? I've got a few units on that site. Will have to dig out the contacts, give the buggers a call, you need more.
