I'm sorry Rob but I can't agree with you; he's horrible.

Genuinely one of the worst rappers ever. His lyrics are just trash.

I used to respect Wretch before he started making pop. Devlin can spit.

Best UK rappers are Akala and P Money. Now they have bars!

All I can say is whats the point in being an artist if you dont become mainstream unfortunately they have to sell out cause you can live without monies so they have to produce what sells, thats the way it goes, always has always will. Whats the point in working on music if you can earn a living. Those best rappers aren't going to be best for long unless they sell out.

Exactly JME hasnt become mainstream but is one of few that make good money not his brother skepta became mainstream with some good music and now makes far more.

Im liking alot of mainstream "grime" now when before i preffered underground grime times are changing with the standard of it now i think

Why do I care if they make money? As an artist, they should make the music that they love, but when they've come up making grimy, street music and then they make pop it is bound to annoy people.

Take Drake, for instance; he's absolutely massive now, but two years ago he was making more hip-hop focused music - which I preffered - but now he's singing more he's made it mainstream.

I'm not hating on him, but I just prefer it when they keep it hip-hop. If you're a rapper, make hip-hop, not pop.

And no Rob, I will never listen to JME lmao. We couldn't disagree anymore on this.
