Be warned those Males amongst us, I think there is a bout of Man Flu in the air. Coming down with a bit of a cold at the moment. You've been warned, remember it is worse for a man than it is for women, you need to take it easy, don't let your partners convince you its only a cold, there is no such thing.

I'm off to bed.

False alarm, one mother of all curries last night (with extra green chillies) a few large Whiskies and i feel as good as new. Well as good as you can when your arse is on fire and you've got a moderate to fair hangover.
