yep last time I filled up it was
99.9 at my local shell - better than the supermarkets though
which were 100.9 i'm sure shell will follow suit soon

I went past a garage the other day which said diesel was 6.9p per litre. I then realised that this was becuase the installation of the garage's sign (the typical ones you see) hadn't envisaged the price going above a quid and didn't have the space for the 106.9p! Says it all.

my local Tesco is 104.9 for diesel - but the Tesco local to my ex (and my sons) which is less than 8 miles up the road is 107.9

go figure

Ha I think that you coul probably hold them to that under the sale of goods act.

In theory if it is advertised at that amount then you are legally able to purchase it at that amount.

Take a picture, fill it up and leave £3.45 at the counter and see if holds up in court
