Some **** hit my car!!!!

This is the damage caused by some **** who then decided to drive off with out leaving details. Happened at my work car park but nothing shown on CCTV as cameras were not facing my car at time.

£435 of damage. Needs new front grill and bumper respraying. Plus has very slightly misaligned bonnet.

I wonder why we bother having nice new cars sometimes.

Surely you can see a car with matching damage? Someone caught the corner of my old car turning too tight in the school car park and i matched the white paint bits on my bumper and the gold paint bits on his rear quarter panel and gave him an earful. Shortly afterwards I reversed into a wall anyway which kinda took the attention off it.

If I had access to any suspect vehicle and I could see matching damage I know what I would do

Tricky !! Its one of those things were you may regret it if you do and regret it if you dont.

If you have to change it anyway its a good excuse to do it now, I know its a different thing but I was really having doubts when I changed the dash to the type R one as I loved the look of the shiney dash, but after a couple of days I was really pleased and now cant imagine having the shiney one.

No one knows better that me how this feels, and I do feel for you! The hit and run to mine cost almost £2K to repair (and I've a £600 Excess!) (so there's always some one worse off......)

Bad luck...

It will look fine once it is sorted though, either with or without the CTR grill.

B.a.s.tard contactors.
They dont give a toss about anybody
However
I would go for the Type R grill.
You will only regret it if you dont!!

My sympathies. I hate irresponsible cowards who can’t face up to their mistakes. I have had cars damaged by hit and run B/strds in the past. I am astounded that moronic brainless goons like the one that hit your car can be allowed to wander around in public let alone drive a car/van. We should be allowed to execute these sphincters on sight.

Go for the CTR grill. It looks cool!!

Hi Type S Bournemouth

Sorry to hear about your car. I can sympathise with you as I had my car keyed recently.

Sorry to hear that, you must be gutted. Is the bonnet damaged of just mis-aligned?
I also think the Type R grill would look good, just a pity you're considering it in these circumstances.

well when you look from the side towards the front you can see a slight misalignment where the bonnet does not sit flush. But I am being picky there. You dont really notice unless really look but then perhaps its just the way it is?

Yeah just be easier to fit type r grill now as the repairer can do it whilst all the bumper is off etc.

Have you had a quote for the bumper? The grill kit is £240 from Holdcroft Honda, delivered if you're interested.

Here's a picture of Trekker308's NHB civic with a silver "H". I think it looks great, what do you think

In Trekkers post he said Gareth at Holdcroft Honda, sorted him the silver "H" and it was cheaper than the red one.
