Well eventually after 6 weeks of waiting, I today received my replacement 'New' car! Haven't had a chance to drive it far (yet) but fingers crossed it seems ok. I am also sure that the jerkiness in gear changing (I-Shift), isn't as jerky?? Or is this wishful thinking - I really hope that was part of the fault too, as I read on here somewhere someone with a similar complaint had their software updated (or somthing) and it seemed to work? Anyway, as this is a brand new one, with any luck it has all the upgrades etc.. and will be perfect.

One complaint though - Honda Cstomer Service is crap - not an apology, nothing given as a gesture of goodwill - ZILCH

Had a minor problem on a Toyota once and they were great gave me all manner of things - come on Honda - take the hint!!

Happy to hear that you got your knew car and hope that it is an improvement on the last one.

Sorry about HUK but it seems to be the standard these days.

Had a good drive last night and what a difference - it s much more responsive and I felt really comfortable and confident driving it, unlike the faulty one which I feel was dodgy from day one - the gear changing was terrible, but with this it really seems fine - Happy again ;o)
