tacho lights don't work

picked up the car on friday the 18th jan , and only fault is the tachometer lights don't work--is it worth taking back or should I wait till first service.
the eco lights work ok--phil

They arn't switched on most likely, you have to set them up on your sat nav.

They dont come on until very late.

its only a 1400 so no sat nav,only picked it up on friday and so much was happening on the dash I did not know till I read the handbook ( ITS LIKE WAR AND PEACE) I am used to a normal dash.

engine speed rather than road speed Phil. watch for the lights as you near the red line in the tachometer.

the REV lights come on at high revs, starting around 4500 or so

I doubt you will be brave enough to rev it hard enough at a standstill. Best on a motorway slip road in 2nd up to 55 mph.

You need to set the lights to come on- it tells you how in the maual what to do. Youn can have the rev lights & eco lights on or off, or one or the other. I think you press and hold the mode button on steering wheel and then you can scroll through the various options for the trip computer.

yes it does

it does have tacho lights .
the microwave is next to the washing macine behind the front seats I think it's in place of the tumble dryer on the 1400 model.

tried today: above 5000 rpm the rev lights come on.
