Question 2008 any problems?

Hi folks I am going to colect my 2.2 i-CTDi sport on friday and just wondoring is anyone hade any problems with 2008 model??

i got the 2008 type r, cant say i have had any probs that some have had, 3rd gear, rattles etc.

Only gripe the paint is still thin and doesnt half scratch easily.

Still if your going fast enough no one notices

What differences are there between the 2007 and the 2008 type R

ifaik its minor tweaks nothing cosmetic, though the premium 07 mates dont fit te 08 the footwells have changed, still waiting for mine to arrive, dealer is having problems getting stock from Honda.

They should be in this week.

they have changed the handle for adjusting the steering wheel aswell, they have moved it back a few inchs.

apart from that not much i *** think

umm not sure but they are different dealer had 07s and they didnt fit so been matless for a month

They have changed the foot rest, not the wells. So the drivers mat has had to be changed to fit properly

I noticed the steering wheel release is different as well, went for where it was in the demo car I drove, and it was on the other side at the back....

I suppose that is because of knee protection reasons.

had mats fitted they are standard 08 mats, dealer ordered a normal set to tie me over till the Type R Premiums arrive. Nice of them

Anyone here with an 08 have 08 premium mats?
