Click noise from interior lights... removal advice!

Hi folks,
Have finally discovered the location of an annoying clicking/tapping noise.
It stops when i hold the central interior light unit.
My question is, how is the correct way to remove this?

Any help would be appreciated!

Simon

An old credit card or a very small flat screwdriver, wrapped with masking tape, to avoid damage to the plastic. Work it from the side.

Remove just the clear plastic section over the lights first.
Could just be something in there, after taking the car for a run.
If not, try a slither of cardboard between the headlining and the whole section.

Cheers TTDegs and others... found that HFT thread and will see what I find once I have opened it up
Stupidly broke one clip when fitting the ambient kit, so didn't want to make same mistake.
Then hopefully a couple of years of 'click' free motoring!

Think I should swap my lights for Red LEDs to match the Type R look?
