Leather Steering Wheel

I 've noticed that I have some scratches in the leather of the steering wheel (probably caused of my nails). Some of these scratches are deep in to the leather..

Can I fix them? Is there any product that I can use to maintain the leather of the steering wheel and correct it some how?

Does anyone have a similar problem?

I have a lot of those. I discovered they are from my jacket's zipper, when exiting the car. Unpleasant.

So, any remedy? Yes, no jacket, but those already existing?

Yes, I 've just try it, it helps a little bit, but it doesn't repair the scratches, it just feeds the leather, shine it and moisture it.
With shoe polish, the scratches remain but al least they are black now and you can't see them easily, you just feel it.
