Squeaks Knocking noise under the car

I have had my 2.2 Civ for approx 7 weeks and ever since I have had it I have noticed a knocking sound from underneath the car, but only really when starting off and reversing up my driveway. I have read various posts about the sub-frame but thought this may not be the problem due to the newness of the car. The penny dropped today. It is coming from underneath my seat and is definately more noticeable after a full refuel. It is the diesel tank and the diesel moving about. This is very disconcerting. Is this normal ? I thought fuel tanks were designed not to do this. Should I have anything to be worried about. Any one else noticed this?

Nothing to worry about.
It is indeed the fuel sloshing about and as the tank is under the front seats and not under the boot, you can hear it.

From the tank it's more a "blub" like noise, as when you would shift around a big canister that isn't quite full.
If you're getting sharp metallic knocks better get the car checked

One of the first things i noticed when i got my car was the sound of the fuel moving around. Definitely more noticeable when tank is full. I had read that the fuel tank is located under the front part of the car so knew immediately what it was.
However the sound it makes is a kind of sloshing/slopping

(exactly like liquid in a tank) not a knocking sound.

It's particularly noticeable when you stop especially if suddenly
