Fuel Loose petrol cap?

The outer petrol cap is loose, it moves about when it is shut for some reason.

Anyone else had this or do they all do this?

It will flex a little if you push it, but not more than that.

How loose is it? (Not easy to describe...)

I believe the technical term is that it wiggles, you don't have to push it or anything.
