"Whistling" from left hand side

OK - it's not quite a squeak. But thought it was the best place.

My car got serviced a few days ago and it's been fine, but now if I go above 60 (and particularly at 70) my car has an almighty noise coming from the left hand side, it sounds a bit like wind whooshing past a small space, but it certainly never happened before. Driving 15mins with it gave me a headache!
Obviously I've got to drop the car off, but wondering if anybody else had experienced it and how worried I should be about it!

Thanks - definitely sounds what it's like, there's some weird marks on one side too, they looked a bit like water marks but with a good wipe aren't shifting so almost looks scratched!
Only thing is the noise is coming from the left and it's the right which is loose! Can't believe I didn't think of searching "wind noise"

Ok - don't think it was that.
Going down the M56 - wind sound happening.
Next there's a bit of a bang and the wind sound stops, me thinking that the panel "snapped" back in place (or gone!!)
Some noises which sounds like a cracking then another big bang all coming from the roof....so I think "not good" and pull over to take a look.
My winscreen seal - which was replaced about 3 months ago....is no longer there!
Think it had lifted up & was making the noise, then it came loose & is prob still on the motorway!

Oh well, at least the tricky part (identifying the problem) is done!
