Satnav All I can get is Weather/Traffic!!!!!

I purchased the SCC-1 and the HON-SC1 in an attempt to get SIRIUS radio. I had it installed by a Honda Technician (Although not at the dealership as Honda is an XM investor and wants nothing to do with SIRIUS). It seemed to work perfectly. I called to have it activated. The head unit said "UPDATING SUBSCRIPTION" However, the only category of channels that I receive is "Traffic/Weather." No other channels!!! I have replaced the tuner and the new tuner does the same thing. Can anyone help with this?

Hi Unclemick..............pretty sure Sirius does not operate in the UK so answers from us could be limited unless one of your fellow countrymen my come to your aid.
