It's the guy's who paid out their hard earned cash and are left with a lemon that I feel sorry for, but when you draw attention to them, you are sent to the Leper Colony and you do meet a much better class of people there. You don't meet any **** **** ****s either!
Pottsy's suggestion to go softly, softly with Honda also indicates that there is no 'Out Tray' with any clout direct to the manufacturer.

Because they make a huge profit by over charging for their cars and then if it goes wrong you have to learn to live with it!!

You misunderstand on several counts. Your previous posts were binned because they were off-topic and troll-worthy.

So this time, I have taken the time to create a nice new thread for you, so you can rant to your hearts content. But please can I remind you to post in accordance with the forum rules - I have edited out an impolite and personal comment above.

My suggestion to be reasonable with customer service people is only a personal and generic suggestion based on my own experience - I reckon it gets better results, but by all means go in guns blazing and see how it goes.

The out tray is difficult to define - Honda have a set route for customers to communicate with them, and this forum sits outside that route. But of course they read the forum, and use it to gauge customer satisfaction just as much as they would by listening to the customers on the phone.

I'm sure HUK are reading your comments carefully!
