central locking only locks!!! HELP!!!

Hello Guys!!I am an owner of a 1.8 executive MHB and i am from Greece. Recently i had my windows tinted because the heat here in summer is painful!!! The person who putted the membrane told me that to properly install the membrane to the front windows they had it to remove it.I aggreed and they removed the driver and co-driver window to put the membrane. So far all well, they did a nice job and i went home happy. The engineer told me not to use the windows for 1 day and so i did.The time i uses the windows the auto-up and down movement of the windows didn't work with the engine on.I contacted the engineer and he told me to press and push the window button for 1 minute.IT WORKED!!!

When i went to unlock the center locking, the button that unlocks didn't work!!!I tried even to reset it by pushing it for 5 minutes with no luck
Can anyone help me?

Sounds like they have knocked the connection off. Honda won't fix this for free as the removal of the door panel has caused this. Should be a case of removing the door panel and hopefully just re-connecting a lose connection. I personally would take it to the company who fitted the tints them and get them to sort it, even if it means they take it to Honda and pick up the bill

I have never heard of a company doing such a thing tho, removing the window to fit a tint

Excellent diagnosis Angie
However, I would take it to the company that fitted your tints.
Its their responsibility as they caused it!
