Honda Customer Service

I have contacted them and apparantly my dealer also did on my behalf and I've heard nothing in nearly one week. Anybody had similar/better/worse experience? |

I have had EXTENSIVE experience of their customer service department. They are fairly good on the whole, but found I had to chase them a bit more than I would have liked.
Get in touch with them directly if you feel the dealer isn't making progress. The number is on their site. There's a couple of very helpful people there. When discussing Honda UK, Honda UK CS or other related organisation, please do remember that we are a public site, and that the powers that be are indeed watching |

Thanks for the information Basegreen, in fact since posting that message I have resent the original email to CS, it has arrived, just got the return receipt, good thing with that is that I now have a specific persons email address, not just the general one.
I was perhaps being a little hasty, these things take there time. Richierich |

I too have had lots of dealings with Honda UK and found them to be very helpful, although I did have to chase I was pleased with their response!
The customer services manager I was dealing with at the dealership I found to be very unhelpful in fact a total pain in the **** who I felt did very little to help me. I think he was put out when I got the go ahead for a replacement |

Yes, give them a chance, and speak to the directly if you think the dealership isn't doing their bit.
A lot of the time, they have dozens of things on the go at once, whereas you've got just one! I had my issues with CS, but in the end they came through and sorted things out to my satisfaction. |
