Squeaks Rattling Radio

Does anyone else have a rattling radio?

As with any rattles and creaks it's an intermittent problem, but when it happens, its Very loud, irritating and goes on forever!

Simply touching it with a finger stops the rattle, but then it starts again when relased.
Hitting the radio hard usually stops it.... for 10 mins or so!!

The dealer's had a look and 'done something' to it, but its still the same.

Any fixes/sggestions for this?

It would seem that a lot of these annoying faults are intermittent!

I would take it back to the dealer an ask them to look again

Fastest way to drive yourself silly - start listening to rattles in cars.

Quickest way to padded rooms.

Base,

That is so true - my squeeks and rattles are driving me barmy, especially as they're intermittent or temperature dependent. Its so frustrating because you can't stop them as they appear to be hidden behind the dash or centre console or the door trim.......aaaargh

I don't really have any.. but get the occasional one. My driver side door had one the other day at motorway speeds!? then it went..

I agree, but at least you won't hear any rattles
