Fuel fuel flap not opening

Hi Guys

What is the fix for sorting this problem out? Mines been back to the garage today to have this looked at and the locking wheel nuts replaced, the guy who worked on it showed me the fuel flap working and i merrily went on my way home, but when i have tried it it still does not seem right.

When you pull the lever there is no resistence, and it only opens if you yank it right back quickly, this however is an improvment.

The model in the show room has a lot more resistence, it almost feels like you are opening the bonnet, so you are in no doubt that it has opened.

On mine you dont really have a clue until you walk round and have a look!!

I cant really beleive this is so hard to get right!!!
