Slightly mis-aligned steering wheel?

I've only recently come to notice that my Civic's steering wheel isn't pointing perfectly 12 o'clock when I'm driving straight forward. Respectively, if I center the steering wheel exactly at 12 o'clock, the car actually turns very slightly right. Same thing if I let go of the wheel and let it center by itself.

This is a fault, right? Is it a major operation or easy to fix? It's just a few degrees (maybe two "minutes" or so), so is this something worth complaining about, anyway?

My steering wheel is perfectly 12 o' clock as far as my eye can see

I think you are right going to the garage and complain about it, at least they have to try fixing it..

Probably needs a quick adjustment to the tracking, 15 minute job.
