Broken bits aside, WTF a parking ticket, they better pay it and sort out the broken bits.
Once its sorted, I wouldn't go back there again. The cust service is appalling

I did question once when I was told the mechanic was out on the compulsory test run as they had worked on the brakes only to find the car had only covered 2/10 of a mile!

Mind you that was a Citroen dealer.

I do the same mate, can't trust **** with my car.

If that was my car I would go mental!!!

At least my stealers have big graphics all over the doors and bonnets of their loan cars.
