hi, does anyone else have this.
In the morning when there is dew on the windows, i roll them down to wipe it off so I can see where Im going, of course. But the dew doesnt clear, the outside rubber on the windows doesnt rub the glass as its going up and down. But when the window is fully up , the rubber is right against the window making good contact. And the back windows, only the front half of them gets cleared. Is it just because of the curvature fo the windows or can I push the rubber in further or do something else to aid the wiping of the windows? And another thing I just had one time so far and it happened today, the car was locked and I walked up beside it and pressed the key remote to unlock it, nothing happened until I pulled on the drivers handle (nothing happened cause its locked) then I pressed the key button again, this time it unlocked and its fine now because I checked its operation afterwards. Brand new key and I presume battery as well, never had to press more than once before to get it to work perfectly. The red light was coming "on" on the key too so I had pressed it right first time. |

I had that happen to me with the keys about 3 weeks ago. Only happened once and has been fine since. I put it down to the signal being blocked by other cars in the company car park.
Havn't noticed a problem with the windows apart from the common squeek from the passenger side when going down. |

I think that the window seal is there to stop water getting into the doors at that point.
That being so, where does the water come from when you don't open a window at all and water still pours out of them there plugs on the bottom of the door? Key always worked ok in Millie. "I like just two kinds of women. Domestic and Foreign!" Charles H. |
