Computer outside temp went nuts on my R again...

As mentioned in the title, the outside temp went berserk on my new type r for the second time in 2 weeks...
outside temperature today was around 36 and is around 26 at the moment, my reading was 17 for the WHOLE day... I started and turned off my car at least 20 times today (was out shopping), there has been some really long trips, and some short ones, left the car directly on the sun for a couple of hours, left it in a park house, where there was no direct sun, NOTHING!!!
it shows 17 degrees since I started it this morning...
help would be appriciated... i really do not want to go to my stealer with yet another problem

The outside temp will increase by 1 °C every 1min 30secs once the vehicle has travelled over 30mph for over 1min 30secs.

If even on long trips it's not changing it would be worth getting it looked at.
