Bodywork Door handle mod

Is there a modification to the door handles to make the better? I think they are cheap and nasty compared to the rest of the car. I'd like to retain the look but swap all the bits for ally or some other metal.

Not that Ive heard of but a good mod might be to have them sprayed body colour??

I'm sure chrome door handles like the ones on the Accord and FR-V will appear next year as part of the mid-life update. So maybe worth waiting for!

I think most people agree that they are a bit of a let down and feel cheap. Great shape though!

Judging by the reports of the quality of Honda paint from this site I reckon the painted ones would only last a week before they started to chip off!

No mod I have seen - but I agree that the feel is very low quality - I am half expecting them to break soon - especially when it starts getting cold.

In fact it was this lack of quality feel that made me hesitate to buy the car!
