I picked up the same model on Wednesday but no standard parking sensors. Sounds like I've been sold last year's model. It was ordered about three weeks ago and there was no mention of a new version actually being on sale or that the one I'd be getting was an off-the-shelf oldie. You reckon I've any comeback against the dealer?

I cannot understand why they don't include a simple aux socket in Europe, but it's probably because they listen to more music in the US. Maybe they simply don't want europeans with an ipod buying their cars - such modern stuff can get the car a bad reputation on the street. |

the '08 EX gets parking sensors as standard, but also a circa £250 price hike. which makes little or no sense, as the EX is about the only (5 door) model which you might not want the parking sensors on - if you went for the camera upgrade. but such is Honda and their wierd and wonderful marketing decisions |

Don't know what the book price was. I was given the price I'd to pay after various discounts. I did ask the salesman about the new 08 model and said I'd read on this site that it was to have parking sensors, but he claimed that was the first he'd heard of it. Sounds a bit iffy when Bazzert picked up his 08 EX just two weeks later.
