Smile Do you love your dealer?

As much as I moan about my car I do love my dealership and am so grateful for all the hard work an effort they have put in to my car trying to get it right for me I have spent a small fortune on Xmas goodies for them!

So what did you get your dealership for Xmas

We are getting them a few bottles of wine. My dealer here in poland was top notch and the service I received was second to none. They were friendly, the sales manager even invited my wife to his friends on the polish equivilent of Friends Reunited, that's how well we got on with them.

They answered all my questions, all my stupid queries about the car and still happily welcomed me on the day of pick up with a big smile and a lot of hard work to get the car ready for me for the time I specified.

For polish standards this is fantastic.

My dealer is nothing special but they are pretty helpful and have always dealt with concerns quickly. I don't know them well enough (thankfully) to buy them gifts!

Since picking up the jam jar in March I've had no reason to go back.

I think TC has used my slots anyway

A friend of mine bought a second hand VW and had three cals in first month to check if everything was ok.
I bought a brand new civic and have had no calls from dealer and no calls from Honda CS
perhaps they don't care

Tried 3 so far - all crap!

Bought a Ford Feista for the wife at the same time I bought the Civic and my local Ford dealer is brilliant - lot's of follow up calls, excellent service and give the impression they care. Honda have alot to learn!

No complaints about my dealer. They always seem busy in the sales dept, which is a good sign.

Hopefully I won't need to see much of them ! (just an annual service)

I am very fortunate that I have a choice of 2 dealers for my area and they are both fantastic, talk about spoiled for choice. Regarding Xmas presents we have this arrangement, I give them money and they give me a car.

I got some free mats, 2 follow-up phonecalls from the dealer and 1 from Honda and a bottle of champagne from my dealer when I took delivery so I sent them a nice card

Having said that I did give them 17k worth of business so they bloody well should give me champagne

Really like my dealer - not overly generous but very helpful. Can't do enough for you.
Usually have someone helping and someone rushing off to get you a cup of coffee. Great customer service
