From Holden in Norwich I got a voucher for "Venture" photography that costs about £25 to buy... probably a corporate freebie to the dealership as I know Venture will do quite a hard sell on their different "framing" options when we go to see the results.

Unfortunately when we got the voucher we were a bit rushed & didn't read the details... we just thought that would be nice in 7 months when the new kiddie arrives. Since then we pulled the voucher out to find it expired within 2 months of issue...

My dealer gave me nothing and believe me I asked, just got the impression that if it had been a non CTR I would have! It was that "we can sell these anyway " type of face!

I got two of the same Honda key ring as FWH. (post 3)
One for each key set.
The dealer also gave me a very 'nice price' for the rear view cam installation, which was a huge job, according to them. The time for the job was not included as a part of the deal with the car when signing the contract, just the camera. It took them about all day to fit it, as it was the first civic ever they did this job to. It is a lot of panels and trim to dismantle.
Also, they thrown in a set of sport mats with civic logo for the front ones, instead of those cheapy standard rubber mats, and a matching tailored fabric mat covering the entire boot, and no wine.

Flowers from Ruislip

Something a bit more masculine would have been welcome

A nice leather/metal Honda key ring and a bunch of flowers. I have been promised £50 of my first service due to my father in law buying his Jazz from the same dealer based on my recomendations.

I was given the choice, either flowers or a Honda Ladies Umbrella, which is very handy I'm not a girly girl and quite frankly flowers don't quite do it for me. Funnily enough the salesman didn't think I would go for the flowers but thought he would ask anyway

I wouldn't have minded an umbrella instead of my two mugs. Obviously not a girly girls one though!!

I would have liked to have been asked. A free mug would have been nice. The sales guy is in for a shock when its time to change the car in three years time. I’ll have a transit van waiting for all my free stuff.

Its one of these small, compact umbrellas which they call ladies so that they can fit it in their 'Handbag'. Guys get a Golf umbrella which quite frankly if I had been offered that I would have taken the flowers and given them to my Mum.

I got a cap, jumper and t-shirt when I bought my Mini and 2 dozen pink roses on my 18th
