Jacqui,

Sorry to hear this matter has yet to be resolved. I have read the thread up to 31st December. May I suggest that you write down the sequence of events including who you have spoken to and what was said. When you have completed the log, if you have not already done so, contact your local Trading Standards Office and seek their advice. This situation is simply not good enough. I suspect at the end of the day there has been a breakdown in communication but you should not be in this position. Good luck. Please keep us advised.

So you got the Bunch of Flowers and £30 M&S Voucher when you picked the car up as the others would have been all part of the deal

Well, I got b-gger all, which is a first for me, when picking up a car.
I must have been having a "Couldn't Care Less Day".

I got some mats and flowers apparantly
But the salesman forgot to give the flowers to me
He rang up and asked me to go down for them
I declined

Depends which team from your neck of the woods you support Last season, this season or next? Appears quite a good offer.

The other half got a bunch of flowers. She never liked the salesman from the off and wanted to slap him with them. Only just stopped her.

Phil.
