When I was talking to the dealer, the price could not be affected/altered but the presents are :
* rear parking sensors
* a vinyl protective mat for the trunk
* a good set of mats
* the glass front grile, since the type S are delivered in Greece with the black grile of type R.

Not bad...

Before I picked my EX up this week my wife agreed to buy a new Jazz providing Honda Enfield left some flowers for her in my new car. Despite spending over 21K I was given nothing so wife is now checking out a Ford Fiesta.

It seems dealers really are missing a trick here.

Glad to hear they've been all they should and more. With regards to the fuel situation, on new Hondas, it is a delivery standard to which you have paid to get a full tank of fuel, as stated in the breakdown of delivery costings in the pricing guides.

I received EX parking sensers that do not work, a promise of a third key (paid for), a promise of a mains power unit for a Honda freezer bag (paid for). 25 days after picking up the car - still waiting!

There was certainly nothing I hadn't asked for such as wine or flowers. All this from Honda Enfield. I'm still hoping I'll get something when they eventually complete my order.

Nothing at all.... The fuel level was on reserve so I filled the tank in the dealer's petrol station because I was afraid there wasn't even enough fuel in the car to get home (30 kms...).
A few days after I received the car I did send a couple of emails to my dealer requesting some info on accessories etc... They don't even bother to reply my mails.
Your only a customer until you hand over the money. And then you are forgotten, as most dealers do...
