Options Advice needed: front and rear splitter

Hi all,

Been a while since I last posted on here, but am in need of a spot of advice. Basically when I took delivery of my CTR back in November, I asked the guy at the dealer (Avonvale Honda in Solihull) if I could have the front and rear splitter they removed to replace with the optional upgrade. The intention was to sell them on ebay to recoup some of my outlay. This he did with no hesitation, so we dropped the seats and popped a couple of boxes in the back.

However now January has arrived, I have finally got around to selling the bits (no-one wants to fit stuff to their car in the middle of winter). However, this is probably my fault for not checking, I discover that they have given me two Milano red rear splitters, no front one in sight. I was wondering where I stand on this matter? Do I technically own the parts anyway and should I raise the issue with the dealer, or were they acting simply on good faith and made a mistake? I am assuming the front is worth far more than the rear anyhow?

Any advice greatfully appreciated.

My advise would be to go back to the dealer and talk to them nicely.

Becasue of the time that has gone, the risk is of course that your front splitter is gone by now.

It will probably be more difficult for you to sell two rears rather than one front and one rear together, so give it a try.

Take it back & ask for it nicely to start with . Then demand the get the front 1 for you

Becasue of the time that has gone, the risk is of course that your front splitter is gone by now.
