Pre reg 07 type s gt fair price

Hi all , new to the forum and thought i'd dive straight in with a question.
I've ben hovering in the background trying to soak up as much info as possible.
Anyway, a local Honda dealer Saunders Honda in Chester has a milano red 2007 pre reg with 5 miles on the clock,it also has 18" wheels fitted, he's asking for £17395.
I don't mind paying a little more for a local dealer car but i think this is quite steep considering the internet dealers can supply brand new for less £16418 without the 18" alloys.

Any comments/advice gratefully recieved, what should i be offering. I was thinking £16500 with the servicing deal thrown in, am i being optomistic ?

Thanks in advance
Rich

Not sure if it is good or not, but the dealer should be wanting to get rid of that 07 car.... so try some hard bargaining...

That 's not the best deal but its not the worst either . I would say around the £16495 would be more realistic for a pre-reg .

Do you really think they'd go down to £14495 ?

I would phone Bassetts in the morning and ask them, you haven't anything to lose.

I think you missed my point. The one at Bassets is on at £16495, but Neil at Bassetts said for a pre reg £14995 is a fair price.

She sure is a stunner NELLZ but unfortunately well out of my price range.
Something around the £15000 mark would be perfect
