Does this service scheme tie you into the dealer you bought if from?

You can go to any Honda Dealer for service. I have Honda Happiness and have recently had the first service done, very quick, efficient, courtesey car and not a penny to pay.

Yes, it covers all dealers as the scheme is registered with Honda themselves! So you can bring your car to any dealer!

Yes I was told Honda heavily subsidise the Honda Happiness scheme and so the dealers are paid for the work through Honda, so any dealer can carry it out.

It doesn't quite work like that. Honda cannot Guarantee that you will not get shoddy workmenship or clowns behind the service desk in the dealer, or your car back in tip top condition......some people have had really bad experiances with their dealer or dealers they have dealt with and having Honda Happiness doesn't improve the service. The only time Honda Happiness should come into play is when they ask how are you paying?
