Dealer - Driver Power Survey 2008
According to Auto Express magazine's Driver Power survey 2008, a poll of 32,000 drivers has given the following results for overall dealer satisfaction:
1. Lexus 90.95% 2. Skoda 85.33% 3. Subaru 85.32% 4. Toyota 85.27% 5. Porsche 85.25% 6. Honda 85.03% (dropped down from 2nd last year) 26. Ford 30. Renault Biggest complaint for Honda was - Unanswered phone calls. |
