It's a friendly guy, the technician, and a smart one too, just don't let him work on the inside Feel free to use this tactics as you please! Last edited by Jeroen1000; 13th May 2008 at 10:46. |

Just hope the tape comes off without damage or leaving a mark. I personally would threaten to break bones if the car came back damaged. Like my Dads mates CTR with a dent in the passengers side

Hey,
This is relating to what damage can be caused by letting the dealers work on your car when it comes to servicing or warrenty work. The tape on the glove box is to stop any scratches being made on it. Good idea I think. I've got a 3 week old car and mine came with some slight scratches brand new, let along after they have it back to work on! Got to phone dealer now to see where the replacement parts are as I'm not getting called back Ian |

Work has been carried out, and remarkably even a new glove box has minor imperfections. Thank god they aren't nearly as bad as before.
Anyway, I took some pictures. I don't think I'm going to complain over this..: First two pics (horizontally: before; last 4 pics: after the work was carried out). What do you guys think? Last edited by Jeroen1000; 13th May 2008 at 14:24. |
